Tyler Milner is a regional director of operations with Three Oaks Senior Dining, bringing more than a decade of experience in senior living and hospitality operations. His career began with a passion for service and community, which led him to leadership roles focused on building strong teams, enhancing resident experiences, and driving operational excellence across his communities.
Tyler has completed a Mini-MBA in Senior Living through the University of Arizona’s Eller Executive Education and is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to mentoring future leaders within the organization.
In his personal life, Tyler and his wife, Amie, and are proud parents to their 8-year-old daughter Blaire. They enjoy spending time as a family and staying active.
