Rachel Caesar is an Executive Administrator supporting Co-Founders and Managing Partners Mitch Possinger and Lisa Schairer with Culinesse, LLC and Three Oaks. With 14 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in administration, she specializes in organizing the daily lives of senior leaders and ensuring they have the structure needed to advance the business.
Rachel manages all aspects of back-office operations—ranging from complex calendaring to strategic logistical planning—while anticipating needs and enabling her executives to stay focused on high-impact priorities. Motivated by a genuine desire to help and serve others, she is known for her reliability, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence. Outside of work, Rachel can be found enjoying her family and community in the countryside of beautiful North Carolina.
