Kelly brings a rich blend of culinary expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and leadership to the organization. A graduate of Walnut Hill Culinary School, Kelly built her career in a wide range of Philadelphia restaurants and country clubs, honing her craft across diverse culinary environments.
After years of opening and managing restaurants for others, she launched her own restaurant and catering business, which she successfully operated for fourteen years. This hands-on, real-world experience now informs her leadership at Three Oaks, where she oversees culinary innovation, vendor partnerships, menu development, and budget management.
Kelly believes food is a profound expression of care and connection—each meal offering an opportunity to share love, culture, and stories. Her passion for creating meaningful culinary experiences continues to shape the Three Oaks dining philosophy.
