Bruce Groft, CDM, CFPP
Regional Director of Operations
Bruce Groft brings more than 40 years of food service experience to his role as Regional Director of Operations. His career spans full-service restaurants, school dining programs, and more than 25 years of dedicated service within health care and Life Plan Communities.
Bruce earned his CDM/CFPP certification through the University of Florida and has extensive expertise in nutritional documentation. As a Certified ServSafe trainer and proctor, he has trained and certified students in food safety for more than 25 years. He is also RAMP-certified through the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. In 2021, Bruce was nominated for the Pennsylvania LeadingAge “Manager of the Year” award in recognition of his leadership and commitment to excellence.
Throughout his career, Bruce has valued the meaningful relationships he has built with residents and their families. He considers his work in senior living food service among the most rewarding aspects of his professional life.
